The Regional Cooperation & Development Organization (RCD) is a national NGO located in the Kurdistan Region - North of Iraq. On May 27th the organization has been announced in the region as a registered NGO according to articles (10 & 11) of Kurdistan Parliament Law No. (1) for the year 2011 fulfilling all the legal terms. As a Committee Board and Senior Management team, we aim to build confidence and raise aspirations. We want to contribute in social mobility. We want to be reliable and to be a source of hope. Ultimately our Mission and Vision reflect our ambition to support civilians in different sectors and offer them opportunities to reach their potential and this will be planned in accordance to the 17 Sustainable Developments Goals set by UN on SEP 25th 2015 with our partners from different countries. Development is an going process, and according to our mission (Quality Education, Gender Equality, Decent Work, Economic Growth in the region and making the right Partnerships) will form a Corner-Stone for a bright future and modern productive society.
